2022 Art Winners
Each spring the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district.
The winning entry from each congressional district across the United States is displayed for one year in the Cannon Tunnel of the U.S. Capitol.
Instead of selecting a specific theme for the 2022 contest, Congressman McClintock was seeking patriotic artwork befitting display in the U.S. Capitol for the 4th Congressional District. Click for information on 4th Congressional District contest information.

Since the Artistic Discovery competition began in 1982, more than 650,000 high school students have participated.
